yep its illegal because you can see? the other side of the cubies when rotating layers and thus you can see the colour without rotating the cube. i dont see why it matters though, its not as if you are that quick to be able to see anyway, especially when you are concentrating.

well I havent learned oll and pll yet BUT I will (also I still need to learn the adv. cross). So far I get times between 30-40 sek,? best time 24 sek. (top layer was finished with 1 alg). I used silicone spray as well and then I put lubix on all important parts of the cube but it seems all sticky and not very helpful. Could it be that it's structure has changed while getting shiped here (maybe it got too hot or too cold).

First off, I was saying Feliks uses a Zhanchi. But generally yes the Zhanchi is better. I've heard people spray it with a ton of silicone spray first, wash it out, then use lubix. You have to spend a? lot of time breaking it in. I use a Guhong as well, just because I had it before Zhanchis. What times do you usually average?

I use the Alpha 5 (Hayan memory/ I modefied it) and the Dayan Gu Hong. I use lubix too but for some reasen it doesn't work well. It? slows down my cube and it seem sticky (I live in Austria so they had to ship it here). Is the Zan chi better than the Gu Hong?
