if you lose your weight slowly the excess skin will be minimal, don't worry about it. carrying less weight is too much fun to worry about excess skin. I do have excess skin, but it's all worth it man? :)

The most intereresting thing I noticed, as someone who has struggled with weight on and off throughout my life, is how much he was touching his belly and looking around. I've followed Drew's journey since the start and watching his confidence drop has been the thing i have connected with. Its not as easy to go to the gym and go hard when all you can think about is how? big you are. And that others are looking. Keep up the good work Drew. Show everyone what is possible with "self" confidence

Even though you've gained weight, you? are still incredibly muscular underneath. Most joes like me have never been doing weights. I can't even do five pushups!
