If you use Glowstone, the suffocation damage might not register. I havent tested this but I know from certain videos that Glowstone does not suffocate you when you are inside a minecart and you can also see through all the blocks around you when your? head is inside. You should give it a shot.

Unfortunately the heat load over the course of a benchmark will change ie: near the end of GT2 in Vantage there is a large load put on the? card so more ln2 is needed at that time to hold the right temp, and/or when the cpu tests are running there's no load on the card so very little heat to burn off the ln2 so you almost never add/pour when that part of the benchmark is running.

He was probably talking about wesside-ng, part of the Aircrack suite. It's basically cheating. wesside-ng -i mon0 Replace mon0 with your wireless interface started with airmon-ng. Automatically finds a WEP network, authenticates, captures packets, sends arp requests, etc. etc. If you want to crack a specific AP add -v? and the MAC address. wesside-ng -v xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx -i mon0 Doesn't always work. It's a good starting point to learn with, but I'd stick with the manual way.
